Weekly draw will be a maximum of $600.00 or 20% of tickets sold.
RULES OF PLAY
- A maximum of 600 tickets will be sold each week at $5.00 per ticket per draw.
- No more than 4 tickets may be purchased and submitted with the same name.
- Persons wishing to purchase more tickets will need to go to the back of the line.
- Only 4 tickets may be purchased at one time.
- Failure to comply will result in disqualification for remainder of licence.
- Maximum prize value is 20% of weekly ticket sales.
- Draws will be suspended on December 24, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
- The licensee shall require purchasers (18 years and older) to provide their name and contact information and to indicate in a designated area on the ticket the envelope number selected by the purchaser if their ticket is drawn.
- In the event the winner is not present, the envelope number entered on the tickets will be chosen. If there is no envelope number entered, a member of the Charitable Group will select an envelope for the winner.
- Ticket(s) may be purchased on site the day of the draw from members Sue Nadwodny, Linda Kemp, Marlene McCulligh and Kerry Bockenholt from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Security will be secured the day of the event by 7 members.
- Ticket sales will end at 7:30 p.m. on the day of the draw. All draws will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 123, Waterford, Ontario at 8:00 p.m. Occupancy load for the location is 275 persons. Extra parking is secured by the location.
- All video recordings will be maintained for a least 30 calendar days after the draw date, after which they may be deleted or destroyed. The video will provide the following: selection of the winning draw ticket, reveal of playing card within the sealed envelope and destruction of the playing card. The log must include the draw date, completed card details and verification by the bona fide member who destroyed the card and by another bona fide member in charge of the lottery licensee.
- Tickets are only eligible for the draw for which they are purchased. At the conclusion of the draw, all non-winning tickets must be removed from the container. Non-winning tickets may be destroyed after 30 days.

Exit Strategy
On the 26th week, all unsold tickets may be purchased and the winning ticket holder will win
20% of the ticket sales. If they do not find the Ace of Spades the draw will continue until it
is found. No other prize will be given except to the person that finds the Ace of Spades.
They will then be given 30% of the total sales to a maximum of $23,400.00
Once all cards are inserted into the envelopes and are sealed they will be shuffled once again
and numbered 1-52 and secured to the board. The board will be stored in a secure locked
location and Gord Barnett will be responsible for the removal and care.
Rules of Play will be posted at the draw location and will be readily available to the public for
viewing.
